The main objective of the Company is to provide Investors with an opportunity for investment in professionally managed Compartments aiming to provide to Investors attractive returns from the capital invested. The Company will seek to achieve its objective, in accordance with the policies and guidelines set by the External Manager. Specifically, the External Manager’s main objective is to identify attractive investment opportunities and to execute the appropriate investment strategy for each Compartment’s Portfolio.

The External Manager aims to provide to the Investors of the Compartment with returns by investing the Compartment’s raised capital in the shipping industry. The primary objective of the Compartment shall be to create value for its Investors as the External Manager believes that there are significant investment opportunities to pursue in the current shipping market environment in view of the specific investment strategy to be deployed by the Compartment. In broad terms, the Compartment aims to implement what the External Manager considers to be a low-risk strategy, by investing in vessels of similar technical characteristics that are to be chartered out to end-users by management companies, with the latter being able to benefit from efficiencies in the commonalities of the vessels.
