Investment Objective

The Investment Compartment’s primary investment objective is to maximize investment returns by capturing attractive revenue opportunities arising from investments in the Real Estate Sector where amongst others:

(a) the macroeconomic conditions in the relevant jurisdictions it targets can support the growth of the real estate market in general or across specific sectors;

(b) the conditions in the real estate market per se are attractive;

(c) the emergence of attractive distressed assets for sale through foreclosures and repossessions;

(d) specific factors in certain real estate sectors could positively influence their investment potential and prospects.

The fund also plans to actively source opportunities in niche real estate projects including new developments (from inception to full development and management) in all property asset classes – commercial, office, retail and residential.

The Fund has a special interest arising from the expertise of its’ directors in the offices sector and in the “state of the art” business centre office space in urban centres and premium locations. Identification of investment opportunities in the tourist and hospitality industry and any landmark properties, rank highly in the investment objectives of the fund.
