The Compartment’s primary investment objective is to provide sophisticated investors with attractive long-term risk-adjusted returns by deploying capital in high yielding and absolute return strategies, in carefully selected private or public (listed) companies in their share capital or though the creation of Joint Ventures.

The investments can be in the form of corporate acquisitions that take into account the existing business fundamentals of the underlying target company, its growth potential and the upside that can arise from operational and structural streamlining, restructuring, other re-organisation and optimisation actions in its capital structure and balance sheet as well as potential corporate Investment or Divestment transactions such as Mergers, Acquisitions and Disposals of individual assets or companies in its sector, industry or wider economy and geographical areas that can release value at any point in time.
