Investment Objective

Investments will be made in the purchase of apartments in the development “Sunset Gardens”, to be constructed by Citrus Gardens Developments Ltd (“Citrus”). Among others, the key terms of the sale purchase agreement between the Company and Citrus are as follows:

  • The Company will purchase the apartments on behalf of the Compartment at Market Prices, either directly or indirectly through the use of SPVs. The Company shall dispose the underlying properties when the Market Price will reach the EUR 3.750 per square meter mark; and
  • During the construction period, Citrus will pay a return of 1.75% p.a. to the Compartment on the total value invested, until the apartments are completed and delivered to the Company.

Following the completion of the apartments, Citrus (or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates) will provide property management services to the Company, for the benefit of the Compartment.
