Job Description
We’re seeking to expand our team of professionals by hiring a new Internal Legal Advisor to join our offices in Nicosia, Cyprus. As we take professionalism and integrity seriously, we are looking for a team player who is organized, hardworking and able to work well under pressure. The selected associate will be expected to work alone or as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be required to:
- Advise internally on matters relating to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
- Draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and resolutions.
- Review operations to ensure legal compliance and provide ongoing legal support to the company.
- Maintain daily communication with clients and relevant stakeholders regarding legal matters.
Job Qualifications:
- A Law degree is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring is required.
- Excellent written & verbal communication in GR & ENG.
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently & pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
