On November 23rd, 2020, it was announced that the Growth Med Energy Fund was registered with CySEC under Registration no. RAIF61_2.
This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Real Estate oriented strategy and is placed under a RAIF umbrella. The main objective of the Company is to provide Investors with an opportunity for investment via professionally managed Compartments which aim to yield Investors with attractive returns from the capital invested. The Company will seek to achieve its objective, in accordance with the policies and guidelines set by the External Manager.
More specifically, the Company’s primary investment objective is to provide high capital growth to Investors by concentrating its investments in green energy projects. The fund’s Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus, its Administrator is PriceWaterhouseCoopers Fund Services Ltd, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is Panos Labropoulos & Co LLC and its Auditor is PriceWaterhouseCoopers Limited.
