Who we are

G.P. CYPRUS ENERGY RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC is an open-ended Registered Alternative Investment Fund with multiple investment compartments, in the form of a variable capital investment company in accordance with the Alternative Investment Funds Law 124(I)/2018 under registration number RAIF61. The Fund is externally managed by GMM GLOBAL MONEY MANAGERS AIFM LTD which is authorised to operate as an alternative investment fund manager in accordance with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Law 56(I)/2013, under Licensed No. AIFM 33/56/2013.

Fund Purpose

The Fund’s purpose is to provide investors with an opportunity for investment in professionally managed investment compartments, aiming to provide Investors high capital growth by concentrating its investments in green energy projects. Each Investment Compartment will aim to invest directly or through SPVs in green energy projects based in Cyprus & Greece such as photovoltaic, new technologies (such as hydrogen fuel cells), waste to energy and biomass solutions. Given the heavy initial investment required, the illiquid nature and the life cycle of such projects, the recommended holding period of the product is six (6) years to (8) years.

G.P. CYPRUS GREEN ENERGY

G.P. Cyprus Green Energy is an investment compartment of G.P. Cyprus Energy RAIF V.C.I.C. Plc, which through the implementation of diversified strategies in the green energy sector, is focused on delivering attractive returns by leveraging its extended network which provides exclusive market access to valuable opportunities. Through this compartment, investors participate in green energy investments based in Cyprus with strong potential for capital appreciation. The minimum holding period is six (6) years.

GROWTH MED ENERGY

The Growth Med Energy Fund is another investment compartment of G.P. Cyprus Energy RAIF V.C.I.C. Plc, which concentrates in photovoltaic Parks of different sizes in Greece through the implementation of diversified strategies. The minimum holding period is eight (8) years.

Assets are allocated to one of the two compartments and investors would be able to choose to invest in any compartments that satisfy their personal investment needs.
