GMM FUND MANAGEMENT APPROVED BY CYSEC AS THE NEW FUND MANAGER FOR THE VF INVESTMENTS SUB FUND ONE

On November 23rd, 2020, it was announced that the VF Investment Sub-Fund One was registered with CySEC under Registration no. RAIF53_1.

This fund is open to well-informed and professional investors, follows a Private Equity oriented strategy and is placed under a RAIF umbrella. The Investment Compartment will seek to achieve its Investment Objective by investing predominantly in venture capital. The Investment Compartment may invest in companies with any market capitalization and nature of business activities, but will generally focus on startup and early stage companies. It may also invest in equity, convertible equity and non convertible preferred stock. Equity includes common stock, preferred stock, equity convertible into common stock, or equity or other instruments whose price is linked to the value of common stock.  The fund’s Depositary is Mega Equity Securities & Financial Services Public Limited, its Administrator is Vaghan Partner Ltd, the Fund’s Legal Consultant is LLPO Law Firm Ltd and its Auditor is Citius Trust Ltd.
